Our contract allows you to come and go as you please. There will be no hassle from us for you to leave.
To transfer your listing, please email duffychanges@gmail.com for the transfer paperwork. YOU ARE LISTED WITH DUFFY REALTY until your new agent is effective in putting in their listings. That means that if you receive an offer, we will be working the offer instead of your new agent.
HAVE A LOCKBOX?
*Lockbox located on door: we will be out the following week to pickup. Please note that we DO NOT remove flyer boxes or flyers or signs. We simply take the whole sign and everything on it. Please remove your personal property.
*Lockbox is not attached: you have signed a lockbox Amendment stating you need to mail or deliver the lockbox back to our offices within 10 days of withdraw to avoid a fee of $150.00.
Your new agent can take the key from our box, put it in their box and put their box on the door over our box. OR they can leave their shackle open, leave their box on the porch and you can put on the door after we take our box. Either way, you will lose no time on the market during a transfer.
BEFORE YOU TRANSFER, GET AN AGENT SCORECARD
We can run an agent scorecard for you that will show you the production that the agent that you are thinking about using has in both listings and buyer sales. We run this from the FMLS.
Some agents may request that you withdraw your listing. If you are listing with another agent immediately, save yourself the $60.00 fees from MLS and FMLS and Transfer your listing. They can add you as a brand new listing. There is no reason to withdraw if you are transferring.
To transfer a listing, the agent that you want to transfer to must be a member of FMLS and MLS. Otherwise you will need to withdraw from the service that they are not a member of. The fee is $30.00 per service that you need to withdraw from.
